Meet Little Nikki, Olivia and Izzy B – the new girls on the block.
All hailing from London town, Izzy B and Nikki hung out at school and began singing together before hooking up with one of their neighbourhood friends, Olivia – SoundGirl were born.

Influenced by the sounds of TLC, Salt’n’Pepa, Aailyah, Destiny’s Child and Rihanna, the girls are bringing back the classic sounds of Old School R’n’B while keeping it fresh with Epic songs and even bigger beats.

Working with the people behind Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Beyonce, Cheryl Cole and Fergie, the girls are preparing to take over the airwaves.

James Spencer is an established figure in the world of cross-genre DJing. With a style that incorporates everything from Electro House to Hip Hop, he is a versatile club DJ, comfortable in front of any crowd.

James Spencer’s has a wide range of experience in the UK’s major cities, having started his DJ career at the young age of 11 doing mobile discos for people his age. At the age of just 15, he managed to come third in an Under 18 DJ contest, which brought a host of new opportunities in many up market London clubs. This lead to bookings from some of Soho and Mayfair’s most exclusive clubs, performing alongside the likes of Tim Westwood and DJ Semtex.

In 2006, James formed Allure Events, a corporate events company with the aim of breaking into a whole new market. This added to his experience in hosting, organising and co-ordinating events. Moreover, in 2009, another company Ice Breaker was created, which found a niche market for Under 16 themed events.

From all this he began to build a fan base and start a weekly club night called ‘Fusion Fridays’, which along with his mixtapes, have been key reasons for his rapid growth in popularity.

In September 2010, James moved to Birmingham in order to establish himself in a new scene, gaining jobs at The HMV Institute, Custard Factory, Air, The Guild and Chameleon Bar in his opening month. With 2011 starting to get booked up quickly, who knows what the future holds for this young DJ.

Jaguar Skills is a British DJ who has gained notoriety since 2002 for his eclectic ‘Mash it up like Y.B’ style mixtapes. Jaguar Skills has released a number of mixtapes through various outlets, including BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra, and now has a weekly 10 minute mix on The Trevor Nelson Show. He built his profile and learned his craft in clubs across London.

Devlin’s UK Tour 2011

His dream was to become a footballer but when that didn’t quite work out he instead followed his next passion, which was music. The start of 2010, saw James Devlin (best known as just Devlin), establishing himself as one of the most talked about MCs on the UK scene. His debut album ‘Bud, Sweat and Beers’, was hugely successful after selling over 100,000 copies. He then continued this rolling success with the release of his second single ‘Runaway’, which is also his best-selling single to date. “It’s just been so quick I haven’t really had time to think”, ahead of the release of his third single Devlin, spoke with Flavour’s Noel Phillips, about his journey in the fast lane, his upcoming UK tour and working with both Labrinth and Jessie J.

Wretch 32

Jermaine Scott (born 9 March 1985), better known by his stage name Wretch 32, is a Grime MC and rapper from Tottenham, London, where he grew up the son of a local reggae DJ amidst the grim high-rises of the area’s notorious Tiverton Estate. He was a member of the grime collective “Combination Chain Gang”, before forming The Movement with Scorcher, Ghetto, Devlin and Mercston. He is also often associated with the TMT crew, also from Tottenham, due to his close relationship to fellow Tottenham rapper Cell 22. The pair have made several songs together. He released his first single “Traktor” in January 2011.

On 6 December 2010, the BBC announced that Wretch 32 had been nominated for the BBC’s Sound of 2011 poll and MTV named him as a nominee for MTV Brand New for 2011.
